Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using MinovaWeb's services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• MinovaWeb provides subscription-based web design and development services.
• By subscribing to any of our plans (Launch, Grow, or Dominate), you enter into a service agreement with MinovaWeb.
• Services include website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and support as outlined in your selected plan.
• Setup fees, if applicable, are one-time charges paid at the beginning of your subscription.
• Monthly or annual subscription fees are recurring and charged automatically.

• Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly on the date you subscribe. Cancel anytime.
• Annual Subscriptions: Billed annually with discounted pricing. Cancel anytime, but no refunds for unused months.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account portal.
• Changes to your subscription will be prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is updated.

• Initial website delivery typically occurs within 2-4 weeks of project kickoff, depending on plan complexity.
• Project timelines depend on client responsiveness and timely provision of required materials (content, images, branding).
• Delays caused by client unavailability or late material submission may extend delivery timelines.
• We will communicate project milestones and keep you updated throughout the process.
• Rush requests may be accommodated for an additional fee (contact us for details).

• Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final website design and content you provided.
• MinovaWeb retains rights to any code frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools used in development.
• You grant MinovaWeb permission to showcase your website in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
• Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.
• You are responsible for ensuring any content you provide does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

• MinovaWeb provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete error-free operation.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content and data.
• We are not responsible for losses due to third-party service failures (hosting, payment processors, etc.).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
• If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 14 days, contact us to discuss options.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice.
